The Bradford Exchange
The Bradford Exchange Group is a global leader in collectible art and design, offering a wide range of exclusive products from limited-edition figurines and coins to jewellery and home décor. The brand is known for transforming personal passions into collectible keepsakes.
While working with the company, I created weekly print advertisements for national publications including The Star, The Sun and other leading titles. These layouts were crafted to capture attention quickly while showcasing the detail, uniqueness and emotional value of each product. I also designed direct mail brochures that promoted seasonal and limited-edition collections, helping drive customer engagement and sales.
Packaging Design & Product Development
I played a key role in the rebranding of packaging for a wide variety of product lines, ensuring consistency across touchpoints while elevating the unboxing experience. Additionally, I contributed to the concept and design of exclusive collectibles and gifts including jewellery, figurines and watches. These designs supported licensed collections for major brands such as Disney, Doctor Who, Liverpool FC, the Royal Air Force and Betty Boop, requiring close attention to both creative and licensing guidelines.
Digital & Photography
My responsibilities also included updating web content and managing CMS systems to keep online product pages fresh and aligned with current campaigns. I conducted in-house product photography, capturing high-quality images using professional DSLR equipment. These images were then retouched and edited in Photoshop and used across marketing materials, including print ads and digital platforms.
This multifaceted role allowed me to combine hands-on creative work with commercial awareness, building products and campaigns that resonated with passionate collectors while upholding the brand’s high standards of quality and emotional storytelling.
