Maxxima

Maxxima is a Healthcare Staffing and Workforce Solutions (part of Acacium Group), a leading healthcare staffing and workforce delivery partner for both the NHS and private providers, I contributed to a wide range of creative projects that supported the company’s brand presence and strategic goals across both B2C and B2B channels.

Referral Campaign
I led the design of a social media referral campaign aimed at a youthful audience, where users could receive a £500 bonus for referrals. The campaign featured bespoke doodle-style illustrations, paired with Maxxima’s signature yellow brand colour, to create a playful and engaging visual identity that resonated with the target demographic.

NHS Partnership Infographics
To support Maxxima’s NHS collaborations, I created a series of infographics designed to break down complex partnership information into clear, visually engaging formats. These were crafted to enhance audience understanding and engagement, aligning with the brand’s tone and accessibility goals.

Corporate Brand Guidelines
I developed a new set of brand guidelines specifically for the corporate (B2B) side of the business. This included the creation of a secondary colour palette that complemented the existing primary palette, ensuring consistency while conveying a more professional and sophisticated aesthetic. I designed a full suite of branded assets including icons, social media graphics, printed collateral, large-format materials and digital assets.

Graduate Brochure
I designed a 30-page brochure targeted at recent graduates in Australia, promoting opportunities to live and work in the UK through Maxxima. The brochure highlighted different UK regions and showcased what Maxxima offers professionally, combining vibrant imagery with clear, accessible layouts to inform and inspire potential candidates.
