Ellea Nursing Brand Development

Ellea Nursing was a new brand identity design & development which tailored care, as unique as your loved ones.

I led the visual rebrand for Ellea Nursing, a bespoke healthcare provider offering personalised, high-quality care. The goal was to craft a sophisticated and compassionate brand identity that resonated with an affluent audience seeking premium home care solutions.

Brand Discovery & Strategy
The process began with an in-depth collaborative session with the marketing team to define the brand’s core essence. From this, three guiding principles were established: Bespoke, Comfort and Connected. These keywords shaped the tone and direction of the visual identity.

Through further exploration, we identified additional values – Accessible, Professional and Compassionate, which informed the brand’s voice, typography and user experience. A carefully curated mood board and colour palette were developed to visually express these qualities, creating a sense of warmth, trust and premium care.

Logo Concept & Design
The logo was inspired by the aesthetics of stained glass windows, often found in the entranceways of people living in wealthy homes – an intentional refined lifestyle of the target audience. The design incorporates stylised elements such as leaves, petals and flame-like forms to symbolise growth, warmth, safety and renewal.

The brand name, Ellea, derives from meanings like light, torch and shining, which directly influenced the logo’s form and symbolism. This meaningful connection was further reflected in the colour choices and delicate linework used across the brand.

Application & Launch
The completed brand identity was rolled out across digital and print marketing collateral, including brochures, business stationery, social media and web design mockups. The rebrand was successfully delivered on time and was a result of strong cross-functional collaboration between design and marketing.

This project not only established Ellea Nursing as a trusted, high-end care provider but also brought their mission of compassionate, personalised care to life through a cohesive and elegant visual system.
